I always I have never been treated this badly by any store representative and I especially never expected it to happen to me at Sephora where I have been a loyal customer to for several years. buy sephora products but yesterday I had a really awful and humiliating experience at Sephora branch @YorkdaleSCA @yorkdale canada. To make a long story short, I was followed around the store by a beauty advisor after I paid my products she approached me, rude and unprofessional towards me. She ask another colleague to question me about the item that im supposed to buy but i did not return to her cause I changed my mind, I end up choosing another brand and I left the item in any stall inside the store but i forgot where cause im go around and tried other products ..she insist me to bring her back the product. Her way was so humiliating. Im very disappointed with a very unfriendly and unforgettable experience yesterday. I cant believe that she can treat a customer like that.
