Comenity Bank is the worst!

Comenity Bank is the Worst! I have several credit cards with different banks, and making payments on all of them is usually quick and simple—except for my Sephora credit card issued by Comenity Bank.

Comenity has made the online payment process unnecessarily difficult. No matter how many times I log in, the website never recognizes my device, even when I check “remember this device.” I always have to wait for a verification code, which defeats the purpose.

On top of that, the website is unreliable—it fails to load or function properly about 9 out of 10 times. It's incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has pushed me to my limit. Once I pay off my card, I plan to cancel my Sephora credit card and will be making future purchases through Amazon instead.

I honestly don’t understand how Comenity is still in business with such a poor functionality experience.
