This credit card company is the worst. Not only does their website suck but i had this unfortunate incident :  I made a purchase and was denied…which never happens. I called customer service and after 15 minutes he said that marketing sent me a new card…?!?? I never requested a new card. They took it upon themselves to cancel my old one and send me a new one WTF? After 10 days I still have yet to receive the new card!!!  I had to go through customer service yet again to cancel the one they sent without my knowledge and request another one. What the hell is going on with this company. After my next payment I will be canceling. Too much of a headache. Get your s*^% together.

They are just annoying. They are making me pay late payments for no reason.
