Cologne/Fragrance issues from recent order received

Received order placed for 3 of the current 4 varieties of Jo Loves larger cologne/fragrance bottles. 2 of 3 were received w/ sealed plastic over the boxes and a pristine product inside. Other bottle was sent in plastic bag (not sealed, not bubble wrapped) not in its box and with product clearly missing in comparison to the amount of product that was in the sealed boxes. This was an issue because one of the samples, the face oil, had broken, leaked all over the inside of the box and littered it with shards of glass. Most concerning was because an included sample that contained glass had already broken and leaked all over inside in transit it was only luck that the bottle missing its box had not suffered the same fate of breaking without proper packaging. Very disappointed at the lack of a product that was sealed and that it was missing product prior to my receipt of this package. I have been a vib/Sephora member for many, many years, the reliability is lacking enough for me to be largely concerned about a consistent trend of unprofessional business practices at a level I have never seen before.

Another note: Ordered the same fragrance again, and meanwhile I reached out to phone CS and they offered to replace my original fragrance with a properly sealed one. Replacement fragrance- unsealed, again. Second separate order of original fragrance- sealed in box A diff Jo Loves fragrance (RedTruffle) which I had not ordered before - unsealed, no box (not even a bag around it) Can’t make this up, why is there such a severe absence in proper packaging??
