Hi. I had ordered an All About Eyes. Just opened it now. The box and container itself look fine on the outside. But the protective cover/film on the inside is half buried in the cream. I'm not sure if it was opened before and then repacked. Please help me with this. I was excited to try it. I have a picture if that helps. Thank you.
