Chrome Browser

Sephora!!!  Please fix the problems with Chrome browser.  I thought it was just ME but it's not.  I searched for my issue and found complaints on several blogs from 2016 to present day, and they all list my same issues.  I do not experience this on any other shopping platform using Chrome.  I can't add to shopping cart on Chrome and I can't even sign in (it used to).  Very difficult to navigate. 

 

It is inconvenient to have to use another browser just to order from Sephora.

 

Annoying!!!  Please address this issue.

Still experiencing this issue in 2024 😪 The website won't load on Chrome, but loads on Safari or the app... Why?

It is 2024 and I am having the same issue! It comes and goes but it is only on the Sephora website!!! I'd rather give up Sephora than give up chrome browser, so It's very upsetting that they can't get this website to work. The shade finder has also not worked for me for almost two years now!!!

SAME ISSUE still happening two days before 2024 beings. Get with the program, Sephora! You're losing my money and me as a customer because your site NEVER works.

I am also having issues with Sephora on Chrome. When I type an item into the search box, it pulls up a page with no products or a page with cheap-looking ads. I am super careful about sites I go to so this is strange. I cleared all of my browsing data and cookies in Chrome and the issues still occurred. I opened up Sephora in Safari and it worked fine. I deleted Chrome from my Mac and reinstalled it - the same issue.  Tried it in incognito mode - and Chrome worked. Sephora is doing something odd with their site!

@anjiuw Please try clearing your cookies/cache as this should help.
