Christmas gift takes more than 1 month?!

This is going to be long. I have never shopped at Sephora before. My boyfriend got me the Sephora gift card for Christmas. Since then I'm still waiting for my order to arrive.

Attempt 1. Ordered online. Paid for the guaranteed 1 business day delivery. Order was sent with 2 day air instead. UPS lost the package. Refunded in online credit store.

Attempt 2. Ordered online. Went for the free shipping. OnTrac lost the item. Refunded in online credit store.

Attempt 3. Ordered online last Saturday morning. Paid for the USPS priority. It's Wednesday today. Still not processed. Customer service said they have 24 more hours to process and will deliver by Friday. If so, it would be almost a week since I ordered.

Does Sephora discriminate against new customers? Or is it just cursed? Since I made the first attempt online, they could only refund me in online credit. So I'm just stuck in this loop of delayed unreliable shipping..

My order was finally shipped today, after more than 2 business day as you wrote me...

Once I get the order, I'm never using Sephora again. My time is more important.
