Check your Shani Darden trial sample. Might be empty

Current beauty offer where you spend $30+ you get a free trial sample. I chose the eye cream by Shani Darden. Unfortunately mine arrived completely empty despite having a seal. Is it just a dud or is it entirely a batch of empty samples? I placed my order on Wednesday March 26th
