I can't contact with chat support, it seems as I have been banned, this is unacceptable, they delivered my package in other place and they don't want to do anything for this, what a shame

@hbrpleitez, I can confirm that I'm unable to send you a private message, as your messages are currently off. You should be able to adjust your Community settings on the browser (not the app).
