Charlotte Tilbury Birthday gift 2024 always out of stock

Why has the charlotte tilbury gift been out of stock since Feb. I’m a rouge member and it’s disappointing that you can’t choose the birthday gift that you want despite spending all this money to be a rouge tier member. Would expect better and you only benefit if your birthday is in January. So disappointed with this happens to me every year and than I have to pick a lower tier gift.

It says coming soon but I think it’s still out of stock??? It’s August now and the other post from the other lady’s post says April so hopefully it’ll come back. When I put notifications to let me know when the product is available, it just says there’s an error???
