Charging $80 for Full Face Makeover

Hello, I booked an appointment for a Deluxe: Full Face at my local Sephora (Lynnwood-Washington) and I have my appointment scheduled for Saturday. However I stopped in today to get a giftcard for a friend and confirm my appointment and they informed me there is now an $80 fee associated with the makeover and that does NOT go towards product. I went through the terms and conditions and it states that for Rouge members there is no charge. Why was this changed in the middle of the year and why was I not notified that it was changing since I had an appointment booked. Honestly I’m a little shocked because no other beauty retailer (MAC, Nordstrom, Macys) charges that much! Please clarify and if this truly is a error or mistake the store and management need clarification immediately

Hi @itskikibabyyy, I'm so sorry for the confusion! As a Rouge, you should still receive the 60-minute makeover free, through the end of the year. I recommend contacting the store directly and requesting to speak with a manager so they can assist.
