Charged extra from Sephora Credit card

fort I received my Sephora card about a month after I originally applied for it. Since then I am STILL unable to create an account on comenity for lord knows why, so I have to call to pay and check my balance. 
I know the total that I have to pay off is about $190, and over the phone I payed off my first purchase of $57, but there is an extra charge if $35? When I called again, the automated voice told me about the $57 charge but there was no record of the $35 charge at all so I’m super confused because it was processed but does not appear on my account.
