Cant log into app

CANT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT THROUGH SEPHORA APP!!

So I was randomly logged off my Sephora app about a week or so ago.

I couldn't remember my password. I attempted to rest it and it would not allow to do so though my phone.

I did it through my mac book and it worked. Hence how I am writing this. so password reset was a success.

Try to sign on through the app. Doesn't work. I keep getting told ERROR email not present. when it is.

I deleted the app, download again. Still cant log in through the App. can anyone help?

so i was able to figure out how to get into my app in a different way. 

( still dont know why the issue in the first place, but anyway)

Not sure if this will work for everyone, but it did for me. i have and Iphone so not sure how it would work with Andriods,

Clicked on that. It allowed me to sign on step by step. instead of have the email and password in one page.

still would like to know why my app isnt working though and i had to result in this.
