Cannot complete order

In trying to order a couple of items, I ran into multiple error messages(I screenshot one of them.) I tried removing various items to resolvethe supposed stock issue, but that didn’t help. All items are displaying as available. Considering the primer is the last in stock, I’m ratherannoyed that my go-to product won’t be available soon. Utterly at a loss as to what’s wrong now. Edit: The payment was processed/taken by Sephora, but my order was not processed on Sephora’s end!

-Logout and log back in

-Could we attempt the order on another device or browser?

Hi @StephanieSBT, I did all that troubleshooting yesterday. I’d rather not try to complete my order at this time since Sephora already took my money for this phantom one! Please reverse the charges as shown in the picture (the one for $46.33):
