Cannot cancel same day delivery

Hi, 

i been trying to cancel same day delivery for the last 2 days. It says something along the lines of “unable to process until order is delivered” yet I have no order on the way. I do not want to pay for something I been trying to cancel as I have been trying to do it before the due date yet it’s not working. Is there any way to fix this and refund my card?
