Candle arrived broken

Hello! Recently I placed a fairly large order, Which shipped together and arrived within 3 days after placing the order, aside from one item which was a Voluspa candle. I was super excited when it finally arrived because it was meant to be a gift, but unfortunately it came damaged and was packaged pretty badly with just one layer of bubble wrap around it and placed in a pretty large and empty box. Is it possible to receive a replacement or a refund on a damaged item?
