Cancelled same day delivery subscription

Hi there,

 

Today I received an email stating I had purchased Same Day Delivery subscription for $60 CAD. This is very unexpected, as I thought I canceled it yesterday. As I am inquiring about this within 24 hours of being charged, I would like to chat with customer support about what can be done to refund the subscription.

I am having this issue as well, I was under the impression I had canceled this subscription but it has charged my anyway
