Cancelled orders still not refunded

Hi, i had 2 orders cancelled, one on the 24th and one on 23rd. Both have not been refunded yet. It says i won't be charged but in my bank account it shows money has been taken. Why is it taking so long to refund??

I have contacted them, they said nothing is pending, the money has been charged and taken out, there's no pending charges.

@saia2 I have confirmed you have not been charged on our side. The only charge is for the order that was picked up.

It's been 4 working days now and money is still not back in my account for both cancelled orders. Why is the authorization charge taking so long to reverse and put back the money?

@saia2 I recommend contacting your financial institution directly for more information about how long they will hold the pending authorization.
