Cancelled Order

It just sucks how Sephora can just cancel a pickup order that I placed during the promotion period and randomly cancels it the next day. I wish they have an option to change the pickup location who has it in stock without having to place an order again. People pay a lot for the products so we should at least get some other solution aside from placing a new order.

I like rouge perks but they need to improve their policy when it comes to cancelled order. Definitely not a good experience.
