Canceling one item from my order

is it possible that I can cancel one item from my online order? I don’t want to terminate the whole order there’s just one item I would wish to take off. If not would I have to cancel the entire order and start all over? I’m trying to avoid that, I need it to come in ASAP

Thank you so much for reaching out. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have shipped. Rest assured, you have a couple of options as far as returning the item that you do not want. You may either return it in-store, or send it back to us with our complimentary shipping label. We're so sorry for any inconvenience.
