Canceled order - refund !

I placed an order this morning and realized that the color I picked was wrong for my shade so I cancelled and placed a second order with the same products but different shades. Now on my debit card , the order has been charged both times. When will the first one get refunded ?

Hi @carohenric,

As your first order has been cancelled, please rest assured you will not be charged for it. The first amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it will automatically drop within a billing cycle.
