Canceled order no explanation

I placed an order with my 20% code and 3 gift cards and the rest on my Mastercard.  Five days have passed and log in to Sephora.com and see my order was canceled. I called customer service and they said it was a verification issue. They asked me for some info and said in 10-20 min a department will verify my info and revert the canceled order. It has been 2 hours and no emails. I order from Sephora online all the time and all of a sudden this is happening.

Same! I just posted about the exact same thing (joined this forum just so I could put it out there). It's a crappy way for them to do business, particularly given we've had no problems before!

@juju9019 I'm so sorry for the confusion! It can take 1-3 business days to be reviewed and you will receive an email once that has been completed.
