Canceled an order. Refund?!

I placed an order on Dec 13 and canceled it like 10 minutes after I ordered it. I got an email confirming the cancellation but I did not get an email about if I will get a refund. It seems to me that they will not refund me back my money.

I placed an order, canceled it because of the wrong shipping address and then I placed a new order with the correct address. It seems that there are two pending authorizations. Will one of these be refunded because I canceled the first order?

Yes that's correct! The temporary authorization hold from the cancelled order will drop from your account within 1-7 business days.

That happened to me today as well. The email said it didn't charge me for my cancelled order, but I checked my bank account and it did. I'm worried about getting my refund as well...

@RussG If your order was cancelled you would not be charged and the pending authorization is typically released within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

omg same thing happened to me! i cancelled it and now i’m worried i may not get my refund 😞
