Can’t redeem birthday gift

I tried adding the Summer Friday jet lag mask duo that is offered for birthdays to my cart with my $25+ purchase (which is required by the terms) but I was unable to add it. July is my birthday month and I’m unsure why it doesn’t give me the option to add to my basket.
