Can't place order - "Place Order" button grayed out

So I have tried to place an order online using both my laptop and my phone. In both places, the "place order" button is grayed out. I have tried logging out and logging back in, using a different card, double checking all my info, etc etc etc. This is frustrating. How can this be fixed?

I looked at similar complaints here about not being able to place an order, but they all seemed to be running into various different issues - not a grayed out button. Sorry if I missed one that answered this question.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue across my devices and none of these posts have actual answers! I'm also using a giftcard for part of the purchase total, maybe that has something to do with it?

Hi @wtfishappening - I'm sorry to hear that! If you have entered both your credit card and your gift card and are still unable to place your order, please contact us at 1-877-737-4672 so we can further assist.  An agent will need to place the order over the phone to override any intermittent issue you may be running into. (I would also recommend clearing out your browser's cookie cache if you would like to try one more thing before having to call - I'm sorry for the inconvenience!)
