Can't login on app and Website keeps prompting new login

I keep seeing Sephora.WSError error 1 when logging in to the app even after using the same password to login to the website. Meanwhile, the website keeps prompting me to login every time I click on something!

I am getting the same error message. It is frustrating. I can't checkout.
