Can’t cancel same day delivery subscription

I am trying to cancel my same day delivery subscription since past few days and it will not let me. Whenever I try to cancel it a message pops up that says “Your order is processing. You may make changes to your subscription after your current order has processed. Typically in a few hours.” I need to cancel before I get charged.

This was very shady business practice. I set a calendar reminder the day before my subscription was set to renew. And I was prevented from accessing the website via my phone and laptop saying there was a high load. However, I was able to log in on my husband's phone and access the site. When I logged in it said an order was pending, though it had already been delivered and then I was charged this morning.
