Can’t add reward bazaar

Help - can’t add reward bazaar item. I have enough points but “add” button is greyed out.

@hevinleighjewel Sorry to hear that! If you are in US, please try switching to the Sephora Canada side of the app, then back to the US side. This may help refresh your basket. 
To do this, click your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen. Scroll down to App Settings, then select Canada. Then, please switch it back to US. Please also make sure you have $25 or more in merchandise in your basket before attempting to add any rewards. Please let us know if this works for you. Thank you!

@rewardbazaar Please add merchandise to your basket then try adding the 100 or 250 point reward to your basket. If you're still having trouble, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat prior to submitting your order so we can make sure it is included. Please note that rewards are available while supplies last.

So what about when I want to use my computer to order, as I never make purchases through a phone? And also, if there are 100 pt. rewards, are we not allowed to get them? If we have enough points, it should be easy, like it used to be.

@heavyhedon You can still place your order on a desktop. If you are in US, please scroll down to the bottom of the site and select Canada as the region, then back to the US side. This may help refresh your basket. You can then go to our rewards page or the first page of checkout to add rewards to your basket.

Please also make sure you have $25 or more in merchandise in your basket before attempting to add any rewards. Please let us know if this works for you. Thank you!

I found it did work, with some weirdness, as of course different rewards were available; but once switched back, was able to get it done, thanks.
