Can't Add Any Samples To Cart....Anyone Else?

For everyone having the issue, I was told last night by a customer service agent it is a problem with all Android users. Although I was assured it would be resolved today, it's still not.

@TheBrownBunny I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. It does appear to be just affecting the app, so you should be able to add samples through a desktop or mobile browser. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Unfortunately I do not have a desktop. I use my phone for everything. I told the previous customer service representative this via private message. I have uninstalled & reinstalled twice. Once last week then tried again today. I need to order in the app. One is an auto replenish order.

Almost 2 weeks later & the issue is STILL NOT FIXED. We corresponded thru MULTIPLE private messages where you advised me to contact someone in customer support to place my order. I did that. The transaction took a very long time but ultimately had to be canceled as it is impossible for representatives to place auto replenish orders & apply those 5% discounts. I was told the problem of not being able to add samples to the order is EXCLUSIVE TO ANDROID USERS. I was also told the issue would be resolved today. It's not. I have lost out on being able to get the Hourglass translucent powder & the waterproof eyeliner in the Rewards Bazaar with my points. I guess the iPhone users snapped them up. So frustrating! The discrimination. And why TWO WEEKS & STILL NOT FIXED!!!???

The Dr Jart cream has gone out of stock to pick as a reward now too so there is nothing I want left to get with my points. Can anyone help. And by that I don't mean asking me to shop on my desktop or install & reinstall my app. Those options aren't possible or don't work.

I'm sorry for the trouble! Can you please clarify if you cannot add samples from both the app and the browser?
