Can I return this item?

I purchased the Tatcha Dewy Skin cream on March 1. But it broke me out really badly. I used it about three times. I donโ€™t usually get pimplesbut I had them all over my face. I planned on returning it but realizedI had thrown away the box. I wanted to go to the store to ask but due to the Coronavirus I wasnโ€™t able to go in the store to ask. I have the receipt on my insider account. But not the actual paper receipt. Iโ€™m wondering if I can return it or exchange it for something else because it was really expensive and I donโ€™t want to loose the money.

I'm sorry the product you purchased isn't working out for you! For product purchases made in-store on or after February 15, 2020, we will accept in-store returns, with receipt, within 30 days of re-opening. To ease returns for online orders, we have adjusted our current 30-day return policy and increased it to 60 days to be returned to the original method of payment. If you no longer have your original receipt, they may be able to look up the transaction if it is listed on your Beauty Insider account. Additionally, the store may be able to accept the item without its original packaging. I recommend contacting your local Sephora store when they re-open for further assistance. Thank you.
