Can I return or change the foundation

Hello,

I bought It cosmetics CC cream last month and after using it twice, I am certain that the shade was a mismatch. I bought it from the Cataraqui Center but they only have curbside pick up now. So how can I change the foundation and go for a shade that's more warm??

This post has been moved to Customer Support. If your local Sephora store is currently closed and they're only offering curbside pick-up, then they should be able to assist you with returning the item within 30 days of their reopening date, and you are welcome to purchase your correct shade through curbside pick up. I don't believe they are able to process exchanges at this time, but I recommend contacting the store directly to confirm.
