Can I redeem beauty points from a receipt ?

I recently went to a new location inside of a kohl’s and they were having problems with their registers so they sent me to the regular registers inside kohl’s. I had no problem so finally they call me and the cashier said that it was new to her and she was unable to find out how to add my points. Super disappointed since I was a member for years now. Can anyone let me know how I can redeem points through a receipt ! Thanks so much if anyone can help

I had The same problem with the registers being down. They wrote a number on my receipt for me to get points but it isn’t clear what I’m supposed to do with that. Can I get Help as well?
