COMENITY BANK - fraud!

comenity bank is a fraud. I have paid off my balance for 6 months now (even though i paid fully the first go Around), have asked them to close my account (and it’s closed) and I still get $40-60 late charges. I’m at my wits end!!! I can’t talk to another customer representative

from Comenity about this. Every one has promised me I am all done payments, and every time I get another bill. WTF?!?? This place is a fraud and scam. Will never shop at Sephora again nor will I ever open a card with comenity.

Hi @jminn013 I am truly sorry to hear about this! I recommend contacting Comenity Capital Bank once more and requesting to speak with a supervisor so that this can be looked into further. I'm so sorry we do not have access to Comenity Capital Bank's system to look into this.
