CANT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT ，Email and password not working

Hi, I have problems with login my account. Every time when I try to login, it shows there is an error with my email and password.It says: " There is an error with your email and/or password. Passwords are 6 to 12 characters long. Please try again or click "Forgot Password?".
Then, I have reset my password, but it still does not work.I dont know what to do,

please help. Thank you.

Hey my wife is having this same issue, she has called 3 different customer service people and they have all tried different things that hasnt work. My wife needs this please fix this. IF she suffers i do to.

Hi there, 

I'm having the exact same issue. Could you help me? I tried logging into my account on my browser, and it gave me the same message. When I tried to reset, it told me "Something went wrong" and I eve tried downloading the app and it gave me the same issue. I had to create a new account to write this message on this forum 😞

What was the solution they provided you? My wife has been trying to figure it out for a few weeks now and has called customer service 3 different times. Even submitted a support to "IT" but i am starting to question if that IT team even exists. My wife needs to know her color IQ results or something like that
