CANT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT ，Email and password not working

Hi, I have problems with login my account. Every time when I try to login, it shows there is an error with my email and password.It says: " There is an error with your email and/or password. Passwords are 6 to 12 characters long. Please try again or click "Forgot Password?".
Then, I have reset my password, but it still does not work.I dont know what to do,

please help. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear this! Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device? Also, can you please clarify if you're able to sign in through the web browser?

pls help I've been having the same issue for like...months...and haven't been able to order anything online bc I'm not gonna not get my points, PLUS i'm rouge like many times over and have the friggin credit card and everything so I want my free shipping and to be able to use my points 😞
