CAN’T CHECKOUT

I have been trying to checkout and place an order for the past hour. I have verified my information for what feels like a million times now; however, I keep getting the same error message over and over, and I am losing my mind. Someone please help!

I just found out that they decreased my credit limit without letting me know why. I make 6 figures and don't use the card often. I pay it off within 2 months. And, you decrease my limit? Headed to pay card off, close account and go to Ulta. There's a community that is all about the Sephora credit card scam, it was very helpful too. If you have this card pay it off A.S.A.P., close account and get the Ulta card.

I can't check•out either. It keeps saying that I have to verify address. I did it 20+ times. Yet 15 minutes before my order went through. I'm getting frustrated with this app., Ulta may be the best option at this point.
