Buzzer codes wtf

Sephora does not allow you to enter any buzzer codes, notes or extra info to your address. Which results in EVERY TIME  THEY CANT GET IN THE FIRST TIME. So they make multiple trips trying to deliver to me because you won't allow them to have a buzzer code. There is no way it's that hard to fix your site so we can add my damn buzzer codes to get inside (i have 2) now my current package says it has an exception. But if they were able to get in THE FIRST TIME ON THURSDAY I'd have my package right now. But based on NOT BEING ABLE TO TYPE BUZZER CODES TO YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS i still have not received my EXPENSIVE package.

@candyperfumebae, I'm sorry for the trouble! Once your package has been shipped, we recommend sharing any specific delivery instructions with the carrier directly. I'm happy to look into this further. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
