Broken pump on Deva Curl gel

Hi Sephora! I received my order for the largest bottle of the ultra hold Deva Curl hair gel today, but the pump part of the bottle is destroyed. Can I be sent another pump/lid for my gel? I'm not sure what happened to it, but it was sent by UPS. Thank you for your help!
