Broken product

I had this product delivered yesterday from my order made on Nov 12th. There was a delay in delivery due to Canada Post strike. As you can see from the attached photo, the product came broken... I'm not sure if this happened while shipping or damaged product was sent from your warehouse. I had 10% discount for this product during sales. I would prefer to get a new product over return/refund. Can you help me with this? I can sent out the product or return at the store if required. Please advise me! Thank you.
