Broken product

I ordered the mini pureology shampoo and conditioner. When I received them the caps were broken off and product was everywhere. The were wrapped separately in a plastic bag from my other products, so nothing else got ruined. But it makes me wonder if they shipped it damaged since they wrapped it separate.
