Broken items

I placed an order two weeks ago, and shipping was delayed likely due to Sephora laying off thousands of employees (I would not have purchased if this had happened at the time of my order). Upon opening my box today, to my shock the entire inside of the box was covered with shattered glass and acid from a peel I ordered. There was NO PACKAGING around a GLASS bottle. Of course it would break with no packaging. I am so disappointed and would like a refund on my order. I tried calling customer service, was on the line for over 20 minutes, and then hung up on without ever even being connected with someone. How is this ok?? Your company should not be shipping potentially hazardous chemical without proper packaging and putting delivery drivers at risk of harm with broken glass.

I have been hung up on three times now. On the phone for over half an hour. No one is picking up.
