Broken Urban Decay Palette

Hi,

 

I’ve always had great experiences with ordering my Sephora products online and having them shipped. Today though, I was a little upset as I received my Naked 3 Palette broken and when I took it out of the box I got covered in eyeshadow. The whole second slot is gone. How can I go about getting a new unbroken Palette?
