Broken Rare Beauty Blush (Cheer)

My Sephora order has arrived and I was so excited about it, however, the Rare Beauty blush came in broken thus being totally unusable 😥

It looks like the support chat is unavailable - I was wondering what my options could be here as I saw some other people reporting the same issue with this same blush. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering it. Hope there is an option to get a refund as I am hesitant to order another sample of this and have it crack too - happy to ship this broken item back if need be (although feels like there wouldn't be any use for it, I hope it doesn't get sent to any other customer).
