I got the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dream Glow Kit and when it first arrived, I opened it up and two of the shades were cracked, so I emailed them and luckily Sephora saw my struggle, and sent me another free replacement kit. I received it today, and when I opened it I was so excited and then I looked and there were two cracked shades again! I don't know whether or not I should try and email them again, because it probably seems like I'm trying to get free stuff, but I'm not! I live in Hawaii, so I get that it could get "roughed" up during delivery, but twice was kind of surprising. Left (First Shipment), Right (Replacement)
