Broken Palette

Hi, so I just got back home from my vacation and I was able to open all my sephora packages. Unfortunately my Natasha Denona Sculpt palette is

broken and I don't think I can use it this condition. Is there a way you can help me? I already hit the customer service up but I received a very rude answer!
