Broken Palette ☹️

Hi! I received my Smashbox Cali Contour palette in the mail today and the contour shade is shattered. Unfortunately I live over an hour away from my nearest Sephora, so I was just wondering how I would go about exchanging it for a new one. Thanks!2D9F9C51-3E48-4373-BAC2-F1528B4FC23F.jpeg
