Broken Kosas Mini Powder from In Store Pickup

When I got home and opened my powder it seems to have been totally damaged as if someone took a screwdriver to it... Not sure why this happened but such a bummer. I would appreciate if someone at sephora can belp rectify this. I ordered online and picked it up at a local sephora.
