Broken Huda Beauty Palette

I received my Ruby Huda Beauty palette today and it's trashed. I called customer service and although a replacement is on the way, I may not have it in time for my daughter's homecoming game on Friday. I've also been asked to return the damaged palette (the closest store is an hour away). Just because it sounds like I'm not being believed,  here's a pic. Seems like I'm not the only one with Huda palette issues and I'm not confident that my replacement is going to arrive in mint condition.

Hi @Pinkticus I'm so sorry to see that your palette arrived damaged and I have forwarded this feedback to our distribution center. We do ask that damaged items are returned to us using a prepaid merchandise return label at your convenience.

Sephora always asks for damaged/broken items back from customers which kinda makes sense, so do other brands majority of the time for obvious reasons. Don’t take it personally. Hope you get the replacement in time!
