Broken Eyeshadown Palette

Last week I ordered a pat mcgrath sublime bronze palette online and when I received it in the mail today, one of the shades popped off the actual packaging. I wish to receive a new one but can someone please help me with this? A33C81F0-3869-4432-BAFE-C2D20AD8E51A.jpeg
