Brand new Summer Friday's lip balm came half empty?

I'm not sure if this is typically how much product comes with the lip butter balm tube, but I was disappointed to find that I paid $24 for a half empty tube 😞 I was super excited and have been wanting a lip butter balm for a couple of months now so when I finally purchased it and it came like this I was really sad. I know a few others have received half empty products, and it seems like there are inconsistencies with all flavors. I want to return this but I don't know if I can return a half empty item. I bought this yesterday too!
